This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Dakota Labs LLC ("Dakota Labs," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of Malefic (the "Licensed Application"), an iOS application available through the Apple App Store.
By downloading, installing, or using Malefic, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download or use the application.
Malefic is a horror-themed astrology iOS application featuring original horror signs, AI-generated daily readings, moon phase interpretations, and personalized content. The app includes both free and premium subscription features.
Dakota Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Malefic on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service. This license does not allow you to use Malefic on any device you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make Malefic available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

Malefic, including its 12 original horror signs, artwork, lore, interface design, and all AI-generated content, is the intellectual property of Dakota Labs LLC. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by Dakota Labs.
You may share screenshots and individual readings on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not republish, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the application.
Malefic offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store. Subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple. We do not process or store payment information. See our Terms of Use for full subscription details.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies from your devices.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the application at any time for violation of this EULA.
Malefic is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
All content is for entertainment purposes only. We make no claims about the accuracy or reliability of astrological readings or any generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dakota Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Malefic, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the application and its subscription services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This EULA is between you and Dakota Labs only, not Apple. However, you acknowledge that:

We may update this EULA from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Malefic after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated EULA.
